By purchasing from or engaging with Jillian's Costume Creations LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Jillian’s Costume Creations”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review all details carefully and reach out with any questions before completing a purchase. We are happy to provide additional photos, measurements, or information about any piece prior to sale.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are as listed and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required to secure a piece. We accept payment methods confirmed at the time of sale. A piece is not considered sold or held until payment is received in full.
Shipping
Shipping is on us - we cover the cost of delivery on all purchases. Shipment details will be confirmed with you after your purchase is complete. We package every piece with care; however, we are not liable for damage caused during transit once a shipment has left our hands.
Limitation of Liability
Jillian's Costume Creations LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
